My booking company then tried to reach them with no success (apparently customer service closes at 4pm. Called the front desk for help because the picture of the room did not look that small and was blown off by a very rude young lady (she said 'maybe you should be calling your booking company to find out why their pictures are wrong instead of calling us). The bathroom just had a sliding barn door with no lock, the hallways are really dark (one small light every 5 or 6 rooms) and the ceilings were low (in 5'4' and I could reach the ceiling with my hands). The worst! I don't know what's up with this place but it's awful.
